I’m looking thru my friends pictures and she has one that Iwould like to use for my profile picture. How can I do that?

if you are in it tag yourself then it can be your pic, or else save it to your computer then upload it, Hope this helped just make sure the pic is of you or else a lot of people will be making weird comments on your pic

   go on her picture and right click and press "save as" and press okay. now it’s saved in your documents.
   then go on your profile and change your picture the way you usually do it (:

   If you’re tagged in it then there will be a make a profile picture link
   If you’re not then you would need to save it to your computer(right click and save) and then upload to your account
