How do you make your Facebook profile pictures private from non-friends?

Posted on March 12th, 2010 by admin in profile pictures | 2 Comments »

I’ve noticed sometimes when I’m not friends with someone I can still click through their profile pictures, however, sometimes I cannot. How can I set it up (with these new annoying privacy settings) so that only my friends can see my profile pictures?

Account Settings > Privacy > Profile Info > Photo Albums > Edit Settings > Profile Pictures> Who can see this? Choose "Only Friends". Save.

Facebook said the new changes "simplified things". Ha!

go to your fbook page, in the top right corner there is a tab that says "account" click on it, go down to "privacy settings" about halfway down the page you will see where you can change the settings for who sees your photos. also, when you upload them, there is a drop down box that looks like a lock that you can use if you want everyone to see that album or just friends.
