How do I make Picture Manager the default program instead of Windows Photo Gallery?

When I open a picture file from my camera it first opens in Photo Galley. How do I make it only open in Picture Manager? I already opened Picture Manager, clicked tools, and selected the files types I wanted but it still first opens in Microsoft Photo Gallery.

Right click the picture file and choose "Open With > Choose Program."

At the bottom of the window that opens put a check mark in the box that says "Always use the selected program to open this type of file."

Choose "Picture Manager."

That’s it, you’re done!
