Is there a website that offers free pictures that I can use to put on shirts and sell?

I need pictures with no copyright on them.

there is a bunch of websites that offer free pictures to use, like sxc.hu, but you probably won’t find any pictures that you can use in stuff for sale. all licences i’ve seen exclude that.
