What’s a good digital art system for coloring, editing, etc?

I’ve always done all my coloring and such by hand but I was wondering if there’s a simple program to edit and color pictures scanned onto the computer. I own a Mac btw.

GIMP is a free program like Photoshop, something to look into. :)

    My dad uses photoshop on his mac… He loves it..
