well when you do get it fixed, then try that sollution. . . if not, then find another source fo your pictures
if you want to convert then, DONT convert to a jpeg! if you convert to a jpeg your picture will have bad quality. Convert it to a PNG and see if that works
because of the file … because of the file types.
get photoscape and put small dots that have all of the colors you want to use. then use paint to color or use gimp. i would suggest gimp bacause the coloring as better and its easier to make it look cool its complicated but it works
