Hands down purple shirts, not on both of you though.
maybe a tealish blue for the other person or something, they are both light but dark colours, they show out through light backgrounds but aren’t too dark. P.S make sure you are facing away from the sun when taking the pictures, that will help acheive the best contrast.

You could try matching Converse for shoes.

If it;s a group shot, wear white or black. If it’s a couple shoot, then her pink and him blue or dark green.
Stay away from light earth tone colors so you don’t blend in the background and get lost in your own photo.

A soft pink or a light green; khakis, and tan shoes.
