Pictures

How do you make splashes of color in black and white pictures. I don’t have any high-tech photoshop software or anything though. I have access to sany free sites on the internet, but that’s it. And i’m kinda not a very technical person so try to make as not-complicated as possible. Thanksss =)

They offer alot of really cool stuff for free that is VERY easy to use.

If you want to learn how to do it yourself go to google and type in "selective color photo tutorial" and you should get all kinds of step by step descriptions on how to DIY.
