Pictures

i have seen people in pictures that their eyes are like an exotic color and i think they use a website to do it but i am not sure. if anyone knows how to do that please tell me because you will help a lot.

download gimp then select the area you want to color.
then do this: color>colorize and just choose.

   I use Corel’s PSP X. I first duplicate the layer so there’s two of the same image of top of each other. I then make the top layer, the one you can see, invisible, and I change the saturation of the bottom layer to whatever color I want my eyes to be. I then bring back the top layer, and erase away the iris of the eyes in that layer so the bottom layer, which is the color I want, can be seen only in the area I erased. You can also select the iris you want with the pick tool and just change the saturation of that area, but I prefer the first method.

   you can download photofiltre. it’s free and it’s really easy.
   just select around the eye and click hue variation and pick the color :]
