hi i just made an deviantart account and i need to know what is a great and at the same time free program you can use to edit clear and color scanned pictures.. ps. is it worth getting a subscription on a deviantart?

In Iran (My country) there is no copyright (here is like a jungle) so i suggest you some sites that you may find what you want.

   It isn’t very high tech, but there is a website called picnik.com for photo editing. It’s free and you can do lots of stuff with it, but I don’t know if it will be advanced enough for you.

   I also heard Adobe was good.
