black and white with one color pictures on Corel Paintshop pro X2?

I just got Corel Paintshop pro X2 it and I need a step by Step way, how to make a black and white picture with one other color!

Thank you…

You do it using masks or layers. I don’t have the program here to do a step by step, but basically…

The original image will be the base layer. Create a new layer that is a black and white conversion of your original layer. Then simply erase the parts of the black & white layer away to reveal the colored areas you want to see.

I find that the livejournal communities are very helpful with these kinds of things, but LJ is down for maintenance so I can’t get you a link right now. Sorry.
